Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Debt Recovery:Contacting clients with overdue payments via phone, email, or in person to negotiate payment plans.
Negotiation:Discussing and agreeing on feasible repayment terms with clients facing financial difficulties.
Discrepancy Resolution:Investigating and resolving any payment discrepancies or billing issues.
Record Keeping:Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
Communication:Maintaining regular communication with clients, internal departments, and management regarding the status of outstanding payments.
Compliance:Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines related to debt collection.

Essential Skills:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes effectively.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and maintain accurate records.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve payment discrepancies and client issues.
Mathematical Skills: Understanding of financial information and ability to perform basic calculations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,435.56 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Morning shift
