We are seeking a diligent and results-driven Collection Officer to manage the collection of outstanding payments from clients or customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of credit policies, and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts, resolving disputes, and ensuring that all collections are processed promptly and professionally.
