Job Description

OB SUMMARY

Monitor accounts on daily Basis.
Collection of overdue payments
Investigating delinquent accounts
Overall portfolio management and controlling forward flow of accounts
Effective management of 30 Plus cases to prevent NPAs
Write notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made
Start legal action when customers fail to pay their debt

2. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Perspective:

Collection of overdue payments
Chasing payment of overdue bills and outstanding debts
Overall portfolio management and controlling forward flow of accounts
Ensuring productivity at lowest cost
Effective management of 30 Plus cases to prevent NPAs
Writing final notice warnings and advising customers
Initiating legal action/instituting legal action/contacting lawyers
Investigating delinquent accounts
Escalating calls
Hitting collection goals

Customer Perspective:

Respond to customer queries
Escalating calls for better resolution.

Process Perspective:

OD Management • 30 Plus Management
NPA Management

Development Perspective:

Ensuring coverage on all allocated cases and continues monitoring of Overdue customers.
Timely Escalation of problematic cases to immediate supervisor for further course of action

• Ensure to be regularly updated on relevant processes

• Aligning towards IKF Home Finance core values and mission while conducting the business.
