Job Description

  • Collecting all credit letters for OP from respective customer care dept. and updates in system. daily basis
  • Fortnightly all op bills dispatches to corporate.
  • Making follow-ups for all the Customers such as Corporate and TPA's Govt, Semi Govt Public ltd and pvt ltd
  • Checking the files if query ask at the time of visit to the corporate for payment.
  • Documents with proper paperwork as per company formats and supporting documents for Collection/payments
  • Visiting customers place for payments such as Corporate & TPA' s to all their Locations & Branches.
  • Resolving various types of queries raised by Customers and their different departments.
  • Consulting & coordinating with Medical/Admin team for fastest resolving queries and providing solutions.
  • Convincing & requesting corporate and TPA customers for payment on priority and fastest mode after resolving their queries
  • Visiting and contacting all the related departments of Corporate & TPA' s such as Medical ,Accounts File processing units and their various locations. contacting them for the fastest movements of files and payments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
