Job Description:

We are looking for a Collection Executive (Telecaller) with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls to follow up on outstanding payments, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely collections in a polite and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to clients for payment reminders and collection follow-ups.

2. Maintain accurate records of calls and payment details in the CRM system.

3. Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues efficiently.

4. Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for payment updates.

5. Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining strong client relations.

6. Communicate courteously and confidently with clients to ensure timely payments.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in English is mandatory).

Good listening and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

Positive attitude, patience, and confidence while speaking to clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).

Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome to apply.
