Follow up with customers for overdue EMIs and resolve payment issues
Communicate in the regional language based on the customer base
Maintain accurate records in CRM/tools and follow compliance protocols
Experience Required: 1 year in EMI/loan collections (tele calling only)
Languages Required: Fluent in Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam (as per process) + Basic English (mandatory)
