Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1) Visit clients to collect pending payments 2) Maintain records of collections and payment commitments 3) Coordinate with the accounts team for regular reporting. 4) Follow up professionally and persistently to ensure timely payments. 5) Escalate difficult cases to senior management. Preferred candidate profile 1) Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above 2) 1-3 years experience in field collections preferred. 3) Should have own two wheeler and valid driving license 4) Basic understanding of accounting or invoicing is a plus 5) Good communication and negotiation skills
