Cold Caller - International

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, video calls, and other digital channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product to align outreach efforts with business goals.
• Manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring that communication is effective and objectives are met.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients across various cultural backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude and a focus on delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
