Coke Operation Executive

One Of Leading Steel Company Department - Coke Plant Location - Kalinganagar Annual CTC - Rs 2.90 LPA Minimum Qualification - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Metallurgy Minimum Experience - Minimum 2 years experience in Coke Oven operations Technical Competencies: Knowledge of operation of Coke oven battery, Operation of Machine, Operation of conveyor belt, Battery heating system and Battery maintenance. Job Description:- · Operate coke oven battery machines such as Stamping charging pushing (SCP), Coke Transfer car (CTC), Charging Gas Transfer car (CGT), Quenching Car and battery cellar, DCS & oven top as per standard operating procedures. · Ensure safe and timely charging, coking, pushing, and quenching operations. · Monitor oven pressure, temperature, and process parameters; report abnormalities to shift in-charge. · Carry out routine inspection of oven doors, lids, standpipes, ascension pipes, and machine alignment. · Identify and report oven leaks, door leakages, and other abnormalities for timely maintenance. · Maintain records of production, delays, stoppages, and operational issues. · Ensure adherence to energy conservation and minimize coke losses during operation. · Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine and oven repairs. · Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during operation. · Participate in housekeeping and ensure compliance with environmental standards (emission control, tar/water spillage, etc.). · Assist in emergency handling (fire, gas leakage, machine breakdowns, etc.). · Train and guide new operators/helpers as required Share Cv / Call - 76838202901
