RoPosition Title: Coin Minting Specialist (Gold & Silver)

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Gold/Silver Coin Manufacturing or Refining

Salary Range: (Based on Experience)

Job Overview:

The Coin Minting Specialist will oversee the end-to-end process of gold and silver coin manufacturing from refining and casting to stamping and finishing ensuring high standards of precision, purity, and compliance with hallmarking norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise coin minting, casting, and polishing operations.
• Ensure purity, weight consistency, and adherence to BIS hallmarking standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams for custom coin requirements.
• Oversee machinery calibration, operation safety, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain detailed quality control records, batch reports, and production documentation.
• Coordinate with external agencies for hallmarking, certification, and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of metal refining, coin minting, and stamping processes.
• Hands-on experience operating minting or precision machinery.
• Deep understanding of hallmarking, BIS standards, and quality control norms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in execution.
