Commuting to & from CDC is a big problem as only sharing autos are available as means of public transport, that too till a fixed time. No public bus goes there except metro zip. Food available in cafeteria is good but with limited variety options. Besides this,one gets to see a beautiful view of high hills inside the well built campus.

I was an employee. The phase 1 office is quite big, has all modern amenities and with the resumption of WFO, it'd be great for all employees to return to work.

CDC office of Cognizant is very well designed with gym facility to take care of physical health along with nice designed working areas.

No public transport access and too far from main road. Night safety is a bit comprised because of its secluded location. No medical store or eateries or general shops in the vicinity. You are at the mercy of facilities available inside the CDC campus which are good.

Very bad management. The hall in which we were asked to sit for aptitude test was asked to vacate by the employees for dance reharsal for some event. Later we were shifted to conference room and kept waiting. HR was whole day busy on phone …

Good experience. But interview process was not so good. It was time consuming. Difference between 1st round and second round was almost 4 hours. And we 6 guys were waiting for 2nd round like a fool. Not so good experience of interview process but good environment.
