It's the main building of Cognizant and the oldest...however it's not very well maintained...washrooms are not proper, even the chairs are in dilapidated condition. This should improve as it's one of the biggest MNC companies present in Kolkata

Cons: Water logging post a little drizzle in all the entries/exits. Have to walk over benches that are laid in the premise. This is very risky.
Needs a lot of maintenance,being such an MNC, it needs to keep up with its peers at least with the infrastructure.
