Cofounder (CXO/Advisor with Investments)

As a Co-founder / Advisor / Angel at Zipbolt, you will play a crucial role in advancing the company's mission to Electrify Mobility, Accelerate India's EV adoption, and combat Global Climate Change. Your expertise and experience will contribute to the success of Zipbolt's Intelligent 2nd Life deployments for smart battery packs and DC Fast Chargers for Electric vehicles. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and drive the company's initiatives in new EV applications such as EV Fleets, OEMs, and Battery Swapping networks - Collaborate with stakeholders to expand operations across Pan India cities - Participate in fundraising activities to support the company's growth and development Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in Co-Founder/C-suite positions at Seed/pre-Series startups - Possess a PhD/Financial/Master's degree with 2-3 years of experience in the EV/AI/SaaS Tech industry Additional Details: Zipbolt, founded in late 2021 and operational since April 2022 in Delhi, is a seed-stage company experiencing significant revenue growth. The company has raised a pre-seed round of $100k in 2024 and is gearing up for its next fundraising round. As a Co-founder, your compensation will be equity-based with profit sharing, stock options, and commissions aligned with the capital invested and vesting schedule. Please note that this is an entrepreneurial opportunity where you will be required to invest in the company's equity. The investment amount for the Equity % can go up to INR 2 Cr, and the Role Opportunity will remain open until September 2025. Salary is not applicable until the investment round is raised.
