Coffee Machine Service Technician

The Coffee Co India is seeking a full-time Coffee Machine Service Technician to help us meet the growing demand for our services in Pune. As a Coffee Machine Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing coffee machines at various client locations. This on-site role requires a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills.

With Electrical / Electronic - ITI / Diploma - Education and experience

1) Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot issues with coffee machines, including but not limited to espresso machines, drip brewers, and specialty coffee equipment. Perform repairs to resolve mechanical, electrical, or technical malfunctions.

4. Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on coffee machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.

5. Installation and Setup: Install new machines at client locations, ensuring proper calibration, settings, and functionality. Provide guidance to clients on usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

6. Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand reported issues, provide estimates for repairs, and explain the scope of work required.

Traveling to on site locations to service machines To Keep records of service, generate business through new customer recruitment either thru AMC or sales of beans and machines

Experience up to 3 -5 years minimum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
