Key Responsibilities:- Architecture Design: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks that support business strategies and goals, focusing on data engineering and generative AI initiatives. Data Strategy: Define and implement data management strategies, including data governance, quality, and integration, ensuring that data assets are accessible and actionable. Generative AI Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for generative AI applications, guiding the development and integration of AI solutions into existing systems. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, data engineers, and software developers to understand requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend tools and technologies that enhance data processing capabilities, machine learning models, and AI applications. Best Practices Development: Establish best practices for data engineering processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), data pipelines, and AI model deployment. Compliance and Security: Ensure that data architecture complies with industry standards and regulations, emphasizing data privacy and security protocols. Documentation and Communication: Create detailed architectural documentation and communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes. Experience with Generative AI frameworks and tools (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and machine learning libraries. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and influence teams in a collaborative environment.
