Cockpit Crew Scheduler

Role Overview: As a Crew Scheduler at an Aviation Service Providing Firm in Mumbai, specifically in Andheri East, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain schedules for Loadmasters in alignment with operational requirements. You will also be tasked with managing last-minute changes such as flight delays, cancellations, Loadmaster swaps, and load adjustments. It will be essential for you to coordinate trainings for Loadmaster scheduling, ensure compliance with Aviation regulatory duty and rest limitations, and maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities and crew/LM assignments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain schedules for Loadmasters in alignment with operational requirements. - Manage last-minute changes such as flight delays, cancellations, Loadmaster swaps, and load adjustments. - Coordinate Trainings for Loadmaster scheduling in line with recurrent and initial training sessions. - Ensure compliance with Aviation regulatory duty and rest limitations. - Maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities and crew/LM assignments as per company process SOP. - Adjust schedules proactively in response to operational disruptions, weather, maintenance issues, or client requirements. - Support LM scheduling plan by coordinating aircraft weight and balance data with assigned Loadmasters. - Maintain crew rosters and ensure all scheduling documentation is up to date. - Understand country specific immigration requirements and restrictions. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in any stream with a preference for Aviation Management or related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in aviation operations, crew scheduling, LM scheduling, or flight coordination. - Strong understanding of air cargo operations. - Candidates with an understanding of loadmaster functions and aircraft weight & balance principles will be preferred.,
