Co-ordinator cum Marketing Incharge (Female Only)

Job Summary:

Udayan Kidz is hiring a Female Coordinator cum Marketing Incharge for our Sector 108 preschool branch. The role involves parent handling, admissions follow-up, local outreach, and daily branch operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle parent enquiries, walk-ins, and follow-up calls
• Manage admissions, documentation, and student records
• Oversee daily preschool operations and staff coordination
• Support local marketing and outreach activities in nearby societies
• Work closely with the head office marketing team for campaigns & events
• Assist in planning and executing school activities and events
• Maintain reports, follow-ups, and communication records

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command over MS Office, WhatsApp Business & Google Forms
• Excellent follow-up and parent-handling abilities
• Organised, confident, proactive, and presentable
• Local area knowledge for outreach and marketing

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Master’s degree (any discipline)
• MBA (Marketing/HR) preferred

Experience:

• 3–4 years experience in marketing, admissions counselling, customer handling, or school operations (Mandatory)
