Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:School Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily functioning of the preschool, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment.
  • Coordinate academic and extracurricular activities with teachers and staff.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and reports using MS Excel and Word.
  • Prepare worksheets, circulars, notices, and take printouts as needed.
  • Handle documentation and filing (physical and digital).

Parent Interaction & Satisfaction

  • Act as the main point of contact for parents.
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents and address their concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Communicate regularly regarding events, student progress, and updates.
  • Ensure high levels of parent satisfaction and trust in the preschool's environment and quality.

Team Coordination

  • Support teachers in planning and executing classroom activities.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff if required.

Revenue & Growth

  • Assist in student admissions, tours, and enrollment processes.
