Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Management:

• Plan, organize, and oversee workshops designed for UHNI and HNI women.
• Coordinate logistics, participant engagement, and ensure smooth execution of each event.

Content Creation & Coordination:

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop engaging, simplified financial literacy content.
• Ensure workshop materials align with Dhanvesttor's tone, quality, and learning objectives.

Client & Partner Engagement:

• Pitch and liaise with potential clients, partners, and communities to host and conduct workshops.
• Reach out and generate leads for upcoming workshops through proactive networking and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event collaborators and participants.

Workshop Facilitation:

• Step in as a presenter or facilitator in case a scheduled speaker is unavailable or unsuitable.
• Deliver sessions confidently, ensuring participant engagement and learning outcomes.

Community Building:

• Support post-workshop engagement and feedback collection.
• Contribute to building a community of financially empowered women through consistent interaction and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in Finance, Communications, or Marketing).
• Strong understanding of finance, investments, and wealth management concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Confidence in public speaking and addressing diverse audiences.
• Creative mindset with an eye for designing impactful workshop experiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or similar tools for presentation and content creation.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in conducting workshops, events, or training sessions.
• Exposure to financial services, education, or client engagement roles.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and teamwork.
