You are being offered an exciting opportunity to join Marcamor Consulting as a Co-founder with Investment to establish and scale Marcamor USA. As a part of this role, your responsibilities will include leading the setup and growth of Marcamor USA operations, building and maintaining partnerships with startups, SMEs, and enterprises in the U.S., contributing capital investment, developing sales pipelines, and positioning Marcamor as a trusted consulting partner in Digital, Branding & Strategy. You will also collaborate with the Indian HQ and Techally Group for integrated services and represent Marcamor in various networking forums in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the setup and growth of Marcamor USA operations. - Build and maintain partnerships with startups, SMEs, and enterprises in the U.S. - Contribute capital investment and drive long-term financial growth. - Develop sales pipelines and convert opportunities into recurring retainer contracts. - Position Marcamor as a trusted consulting partner in Digital, Branding & Strategy. - Collaborate with Indian HQ and Techally Group for integrated services (Consulting, SaaS, Incubation). - Represent Marcamor in startup ecosystems, business chambers, and networking forums in the U.S. Qualifications Required for the Ideal Candidate: - Investment-ready entrepreneur with a passion for scaling service businesses. - 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Marketing, Business Development, or Technology leadership. - Deep understanding of U.S. business culture, client expectations, and networking. - Strong network in U.S. startups, SMEs, and corporate sectors preferred. - Proven record of sales closures and client relationship management.
