Co Founder Tech Lead

As a potential co-founder for eZpedal, you will be part of a team that is focused on building the world's first IEC-standard ride-share platform based on pedelecs. Your role will involve working on a full-stack mobility system designed in India for global use. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the technology stack, team, and mission - Engage in system design for impactful street-level solutions - Embrace the philosophy that real products are messy, beautiful, and worth the effort **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of industry experience - Experience leading teams or working independently - Strong focus on uptime and user trust - Desire for ownership rather than just direction In terms of technology stack, you will be working with a variety of tools including: - Architecture: Monoliths, Microservices, Serverless - Cloud Infra: AWS, Google Cloud - Frontend: Flutter - Backend: GoLang, Node.js - Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB - Infra: Firebase, Redis, Docker - Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ - IoT: Microcontrollers, OTA updates, real-time telemetry - Monitoring/Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, Sentry - Testing: JMeter, Cypress, Postman, Playwright, Jest, Go test suites - AI/LLMs: Smart automation, predictive systems, conversational UX Additionally, working knowledge or experience with the mentioned technologies will be beneficial for this role.
