Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Co-Founder focused on Business Development at Serene MINDS. The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, driving sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record in sales and marketing
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for mental health and wellness
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
