Co-Founder (Equity-Based) – Kashkan & ChefCoat Biryani | Anavrin Group Anavrin Group is actively seeking a passionate and driven Co-Founder to join us on our exciting journey with our two fast-growing food brands – Kashkan (Pure Veg Street food QSR) and ChefCoat Biryani (Authentic Biryani). Engagement: Full-time Compensation: Equity-based in exchange for strategic investment. About the Brands: Kashkan: A pure veg QSR brand celebrating the rich heritage of Indian street food – from Kashmir to Kanyakumari – in a hygienic, live kitchen format. ChefCoat Biryani: A biryani brand committed to authenticity, made with desi ghee, traditional recipes, and no hidden ingredients. Role Responsibilities: Lead and manage Marketing (online & offline) Oversee Daily Operations and streamline SOPs Be a driving force in growth, expansion, and brand building Play a key role in strategic decision-making and execution Who We’re Looking For: An entrepreneurial mindset with a deep passion for food, QSR, and brand building Experience in operations, marketing, or F&B is a plus Willing to commit full-time and grow with the business as a founding partner If you're ready to get your hands dirty (and maybe slightly masaledaar), build something meaningful, and grow a legacy food business from the ground up, we’d love to connect.
