Role Description

This is an equity-only internship role for a Co-Founder - E-commerce, based in Noida with hybrid work flexibility allowing some remote work. The Co-Founder will be responsible for strategizing and implementing business growth initiatives, developing sales and marketing campaigns, fostering partnerships, and conducting market research to refine the product and offerings. The role will also involve contributing to operational decision-making and driving innovation to establish Mart94 as a leading e-commerce brand for modern consumers.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market trends and consumer behavior effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present ideas clearly
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing principles and practices with a creative approach to campaign development
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and a passion for e-commerce and digital innovation
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred
