Own systems end-to-end and ship fast without supervision
Have built file/queue pipelines (835/837 or fintech-like reconciliation)
Can stand up infra, CI/CD, observability, RBAC, and PHI audit trails
Enjoy translating ops pain into clean services and simple UIs

Youll own

Core rails:
X12
837/835
pipelines, ERA auto-posting rules, reconciliation & unapplied cash.
Denial intelligence:
Rules + LLM assist for triage, appeal drafts, payer playbooks.
Eligibility/status:
Clearinghouse APIs + Playwright portal bots (with MFA handoffs).
AR ops:
Smart workqueues, call/status logging, patient responsibility flows.
Data & dashboards:
First-pass %, denial rate (by payer/CARC), payer mix, $/claim, AR aging.
Security & scale:
HIPAA-grade architecture, audit trails, PHI boundary design, CI/CD.

What youve done

712 yrs building production systems end-to-end (backend + React).
Strong with Python/FastAPI (or Node), Postgres, queues, file pipelines; shipped data products.
Hands-on with any of:
835/837
, clearinghouse/payer integrations, fintech-style reconciliation, high-reliability RPA.
Proven security mindset (encryption, least privilege, audit). Bonus: Azure/OpenAI under BAA, ClickHouse/DuckDB, Terraform, k8s.
