Co-founder & CTO

You will be taking on the role of Co-founder & CTO (with investment) at Printfuse, India's first Print-on-Demand marketplace. Your main responsibility will be to oversee all technical aspects of the company, which includes the development, implementation, and maintenance of the technology stack. Leading the engineering team, ensuring the security and scalability of the platform, and collaborating closely with other co-founders to drive the company's vision and strategy will be part of your daily tasks. This full-time on-site role is based in Noida. To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills and research capabilities. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders. Experience in sales and marketing will be beneficial, as you will play a key role in the growth of the company. Proven leadership and team management skills are required to effectively lead the engineering team. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.,
