Responsibilities

Required cool co-founder with funds , Tier-1 mind — college doesn’t matter, attitude does.
Be full-time in the trenches, building before breakfast.
Dealing chaos with a calm mind and cold coffee.
Bring in funds or connections that make VCs blink.
Co-create vision, strategy, and the madness to scale.

Qualifications

We're looking for a
chaos-tamer

money-maker
, and someone who says “Let’s launch before breakfast”.
Excellent verbal and communication skills .
Strategic thinker with a problem-solver mindset (build-first, complain-later energy)
Prior startup experience is (but raw hustle > polished resumes)
Any degree — Tier-1 attitude matters more than the tag
Knows the language of users, VCs, and chaos
Can handle 20 tabs, 3 pivots, and 1 all-nighter without flinching
Open to relocating, traveling, or working from garages
Passionate about making BlinkCare the next big story
Chill but obsessed. Smart but street
