CNC /VMC operator /(fresher to 2 yr exp) / housur ,Bommasandra

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and VMC machines to perform machining operations such as milling, drilling, boring, and tapping.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Set up tools, workpieces, fixtures, and CNC programs on the machine.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMM (if available).
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to control parameters as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and report issues or malfunctions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or technical certification in machining or mechanical trades.
• Minimum 0–2 years of hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machine operations.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and basic CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens controllers preferred).
• Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, cutting speeds, and feeds.
