CNC Turning Machine operator

As a skilled CNC Turning Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC turning machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. You should have a strong understanding of NC programming and be able to set up machines for production runs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating CNC turning machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications - Understanding and interpreting NC programs to set up and operate machines - Using precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards - Adjusting machine settings as necessary to ensure optimal performance and minimize waste - Identifying and troubleshooting issues with machinery and making necessary adjustments to maintain production flow - Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and best practices In order to qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and programming CNC turning machines - Strong understanding of NC programming and ability to set up machines for production runs - Experience with precision measuring instruments and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications - Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machinery - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines,
