Job Title: CNC Press Brake Operator Company: Window Grille Pvt. Ltd. Location: Sankrail Industrial Park, Dhulagori, Howrah Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience and skill level) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team at Window Grille Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a CNC press brake machine to bend and form metal components as per design specifications. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal components. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Select correct tooling and programs for each job. Ensure precision and quality in every part produced. Inspect finished workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and production schedules. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in CNC press brake operations (freshers may be considered if skilled). Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.). Knowledge of different types of metals and their bending characteristics. Strong attention to detail and quality. Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field. Prior experience in sheet metal or fabrication industry. Benefits: Competitive salary as per skill level and experience.
