About Us

We are a leading manufacturer of rubber gaskets for diverse industries. With a focus on precision, innovation, and quality, we are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with CAD design knowledge to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

Create and modify gasket designs using CAD software (AutoCAD / SolidWorks or equivalent).
Prepare accurate CAD drawings for gasket cutting as per customer specifications.
Set up, program, and operate CNC cutting machines for rubber gasket production.
Optimize machine settings and cutting paths to ensure accuracy and material efficiency.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy.
Maintain CNC machines, tools, and work area in proper working condition.
Collaborate with the production and design team to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die / related field.
1-3 years of experience in CNC machine operation, preferably in gasket or rubber industry.
Strong knowledge of CAD design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and cutting techniques.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
Ready for immediate joining.

Preferred Skills

Experience in gasket manufacturing or similar cutting processes.
Knowledge of material properties (rubber, polymers, composites).
Basic understanding of production planning and quality control.
