Job Role & Responsibilities

CNC Operator / Trainee

• Learn to

  set, operate, and program CNC turning centers

• Interpret

  engineering drawings

  and tool layouts
• Inspect machined parts using

  Vernier, micrometer, and gauges

• Perform

  routine maintenance

  of machines
• Maintain documentation for production and quality
• Work under supervision while learning from experienced machinists

Training Provided In

• CNC

  programming (Fanuc / Syntec)

• Machine

  setting and tool offset adjustment

• Component

  inspection and quality control

• Reading drawings

  and tolerance understanding

• Production planning

  and cycle time improvement

Candidate Profile

• Qualification

  : ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Fitter, Turner) or 10th/12th pass with interest in machines

• Experience

  : Freshers or candidates with basic knowledge of turning or lathe

• Languages

  : Tamil or English (basic communication must)

• Qualities

  : Willingness to learn, team player, good attitude, and discipline
