This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Operator Setter located in Surat. The CNC Operator Setter will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing and calibrating machines, interpreting technical drawings, machining parts, and performing quality checks to confirm specifications are met. Collaboration with team members to meet production targets and maintaining machinery in optimal working condition will be essential duties.

Qualifications

Proficient in Machine Operation and handling CNC machinery
Experience in Machining and Milling techniques
Knowledge of Quality Control processes in industrial production
Strong understanding of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is an advantage
