CNC Operator – Furniture Manufacturing

Your Company Name] is a leading manufacturer in the furniture industry, specializing in high-quality, precision-crafted products. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC woodworking machines (e.g., router, drilling, milling) for furniture manufacturing.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to produce accurate components.
• Set up machines with appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials as per production requirements.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards by performing measurements and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or tooling issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
• Maintain accurate production and quality control records.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating CNC machines in woodworking or furniture manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality control.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety practices in woodworking operations.

Education & Experience:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Carpentry, Wood Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
