CNC Operator

You are a skilled and reliable Machine Operator who will be an integral part of our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of production by operating and maintaining machinery effectively. Your duties will include setting up machines to initiate production cycles, controlling and adjusting machine settings, inspecting parts to meet specifications, and making necessary adjustments or tool changes to uphold quality standards. It is essential that you have a solid understanding of industrial machines and tools while being methodical and safety-conscious in your approach. Key Responsibilities: - Setting up machines to commence the production cycle - Controlling and adjusting machine settings - Inspecting parts to ensure they meet specifications - Maintaining and cleaning machines before and after each shift - Performing routine machine checks and troubleshooting any issues - Ensuring regular and preventative maintenance procedures are conducted - Reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery - Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Machine Operator - Knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance - Strong attention to detail - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus Benefits Include: - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Retirement plan - Paid time off - Safety gear reimbursement - Food provided - Provident Fund This is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule.
