Job Description

Operate CNC machines (CNC plasma cutting, laser cutting, drilling, bending, or milling machines).
Load and unload steel plates, beams, and sections safely.
Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Follow CNC programs and job instructions accurately.
Set up tools, fixtures, and materials before machining.
Select correct tools and parameters as per job requirement.
Check dimensions using measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges).
Ensure finished parts meet tolerance and quality standards.
Handle structural steel materials like plates, angles, channels, beams, and pipes.
Ensure proper stacking and identification of fabricated parts.
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and machine safety procedures.
Maintain production records and report defects or machine issues.
Coordinate with supervisors, fitters, and quality team.
Reduce material wastage and improve cycle time.
Suggest improvements for better productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
