CNC Operator

As a CNC Operator at our company, your role will involve operating CNC machines for precision cutting, shaping, and manufacturing of metal or plastic components. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs. Additionally, you will set up and calibrate CNC machines to ensure accurate production and monitor machine operation, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment will also be part of your responsibilities. Inspecting finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy, as well as maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the work area, are crucial aspects of the role. Collaboration with production and engineering teams for continuous improvement is also expected. Good problem-solving and mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a quality-conscious attitude are essential. Strong teamwork and communication skills will also be beneficial in this role.
