1-3 years of experience as a CNC Milling OperatorStrong knowledge of CNC milling operations and machine setupAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsProficient in adjusting, setting, and maintaining CNC milling machinesGood understanding of software and hardware used in CNC millingAttention to detail and ability to work with precisionStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentRoles and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision partsPerform routine machine maintenance and troubleshootingRead and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsSelect the appropriate cutting tools and materials for each jobEnsure the smooth functioning of the machines and optimize the production processInspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustmentsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
