CNC Mill-Turn Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Mill-Turn Setter & Operator to join our advanced manufacturing team in Israel. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in multi-axis mill-turn machining who can efficiently set up machines and operate them to produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities

· Set up CNC mill-turn machines (multi-axis, live tooling, etc.) according to drawings, process sheets

· Proven operation experience machine like : MAZAK INTEGREX,OKUMA MULTUS,DMG MORI NTX ,WFL

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to feeds, speeds, and offsets to achieve required tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (callipers, micrometres, gauges, etc.).
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers/programmers when needed.
• Execute precise machine setups including chucking, tool offsets, C/Y/B-axis alignment, and zero-point reference.
• Machine exotic materials including stainless steel, titanium,Aluminum and Inconel.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to continuously improve machining processes.
