CNC Mill-Turn Operator

You are a skilled CNC Mill-Turn Setter & Operator who will join an advanced manufacturing team in Israel. Your role involves setting up CNC mill-turn machines, interpreting engineering drawings, and operating machines to produce high-precision components. Key Responsibilities: - Set up CNC mill-turn machines (multi-axis, live tooling, etc.) according to drawings and process sheets. - Operate machines like MAZAK INTEGREX, OKUMA MULTUS, DMG MORI NTX, WFL. - Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. - Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices. - Monitor machine operations, adjusting feeds, speeds, and offsets for required tolerances. - Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments. - Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. - Troubleshoot machining issues, collaborating with engineers/programmers as needed. - Execute precise machine setups including chucking, tool offsets, C/Y/B-axis alignment, and zero-point reference. - Machine exotic materials such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, and Inconel. - Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to continuously improve machining processes. Qualifications Required: - Experience in multi-axis mill-turn machining. - Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints. - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments. - Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. - Ability to work with exotic materials like stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, and Inconel. You will be working full-time on a contractual/temporary basis for a contract length of 60 months.,
