CNC Machine - Setting Program

As a CNC setting/programming expert in CNC Lathe based in Chennai, your role includes: - Being a motivating team member and working towards achieving on-time sample submission - Capable of making all types of settings/programs in CNC Lathe for new components to ensure part quality as per customer/drawing requirements - Must be capable of making cycle time/process estimation for new parts (CNC) to arrive at a quote - Capable in selecting tools and machine parameters as per part requirements in CNC Lathe - Achieving targets and developing turning components as per the time plan with minimum cycle time/cost - Responsible for corrective and preventive actions for problems identified while developing new CNC lathe components in the initial stages - Identifying and recording lessons learned for controlling future development activities - Analyzing failure modes and taking corrective and preventive actions Qualifications required for this role include: - DME/ITI/+2 with good working and setting experience in CNC Lathe - Knowledge in MS Office, working experience in CAD 2D/3D, and MS Office is an added advantage.,
