CNC Machine Operator

You will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC machines to produce precision parts. This includes setting up fixture components for jobs that require CNC Machining Turning and milling, preparing and operating CNC machines, and checking and maintaining machinery daily to ensure functionality. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a clean and organized working environment, set-up, operate, and maintain one or more CNC machines, and maintain coolant and oil levels on all machines. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and set up CNC machines for precision part production - Set up fixture components for CNC Machining Turning and milling jobs - Prepare and operate CNC machines for various tasks - Check and maintain machinery daily - Maintain a clean and organized working environment - Set-up, operate, and maintain one or more CNC machines - Maintain coolant and oil levels on all machines Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of experience in CNC machine operating, specifically CNC milling and turning in a production environment - Strong knowledge of instruments, tools, and machines such as milling and Turning - Familiarity with measurement tools like vernier calipers, gauges, scales, etc. - Strong communication and technical skills The company offers full-time, permanent job types with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
