Roles & Responsibility ; Responsible for Machine Preventive and Predictive maintenance execution based on schedule. Responsible for effective utilization of utility services aiming towards cost reduction. Maintaining Safety Activities across the Organization. Maintaining the safety stock for critical machine spars. Maintaining the maintenance records & Documents. Cost reduction suggestion activities. Responsible for Improving machine accuracy Responsible for taking necessary steps for improving discipline and 5S activities. Responsible for Effective interaction with all user departments to ensure smooth and trouble free running of all Machines. Ensuring the Daily machine maintenance as per maintenance check list. Ensuring the machine coolant mixing & Top up. Maintaining the machine maintenance if possibilities without affecting production. If any machine complaint received from production department immediate response carryout. Key Performance Indicators : Responsible for Daily machine maintenance as per maintenance check list. Responsible for Machine Preventive and Predictive maintenance as per schedule. Responsible for safety stock for critical machine spars Maintaining the maintenance records & Documents. Effective Implementation of 5S. Qualifications and Experience DME / BE-Mechanical or equalent. 2 Years & above Good knowledge of CNC Machine Maintenance. Proficiency in all computer applications and knowledge in ERP system.
