Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Machine Operator located in North Goa. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, performing routine maintenance, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring the quality of machined parts. Day-to-day tasks include reading technical drawings, executing machining operations, conducting quality control checks, and collaboration with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Machine Operation, Milling, and Machining skills
• Experience with Quality Control in a machining environment
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining machinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator is a plus
• Technical certification or diploma in machining or related fields
