CNC Machine Operator

· Hands on experience in CNC VMC & Turning machines.

· Understand & Develop CNC programs for milling machine & develop/Prove out components as per process guideline.

· Experience in 2D. programming

· Experience in 3 axis machines with hands on controls

· Should be proficient in cutting tools selections & applications and pre-setting tools machines (Zoller) hand on experience.

· Should have proper knowledge of setting, Jig/Fixtures.

· Knowledge about Problem solving methods.

· Should be strong in documentation process, programme development and subsequent revisions.

· Should be responsible for the quantity & quality of output produced in the machines.

· Should be able to read and understand Drawings, Work instructions.

· Should have basic knowledge on selecting Tool Holders, Cutting tools, Inserts, Cutting parameters.

· Should have knowledge and skill of using measurement instruments like Micro meter, Vernier Calliper, Height gauge, Bore dial gauge etc.

· Should be flexible to work in shifts.

· Should have knowledge on 5S and Safety

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
