CNC Lathe Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and operate CNC milling machines to execute tasks efficiently. - Understand task specifications and desired outcomes by reviewing mechanical drawings. - Translate instructions into computer commands for the machines to perform accurately. - Load raw materials and parts onto the machines and perform test runs to ensure outputs meet specifications. - Supervise machine operations, make necessary adjustments, and inspect finished products for quality. - Set machines to complete full cycles and fabricate a large number of parts. - Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure optimal functionality. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar job profile. - Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing or B. Voc (Level 5-7). - Proven experience as a CNC operator. - Skill in operating CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement tools. - Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings. - Mechanical aptitude, good math skills, and attention to detail. - Results-driven approach and good communication abilities.
