CNC Laser Cutting Operator (Sheet Metal)

Position: CNC Laser Cutting Operator Department: Production / Fabrication Location: 68,Killa No-2,Village-Wazirpur,Near Hayatpur Chowk,Tehsil-Harsaru,Sector-95,District-Gurugram,Haryana-122505 Key Responsibilities:- 1.Operate CNC Laser Cutting Machine for sheet metal cutting (MS, SS, GI, Aluminum, etc.). 2.Read and interpret CAD drawings and cutting programs. 3.Prepare machine setups including sheet alignment, nozzle adjustments, and parameter settings. 4.Monitor cutting process, ensure accuracy, and maintain dimensional tolerances. 5.Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues. 6.Optimize nesting and sheet utilization to minimize material wastage. 7.Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures. Requirements: 1.Hands-on experience in CNC Laser Cutting Machine operation  2.Ability to read and understand sheet metal drawings. 3.Knowledge of CNC programming and basic maintenance. 4.Minimum [5 years] of experience in sheet metal fabrication industry. 5.ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / CNC Machine Operation or equivalent.
