Experience : 4+ to 8+
2) At least 8 years of relevant work experience as Bending Engineer machine.
3) Knowledge of nesting and material consumption is a must.
4) Knowledge of maintenance of the machines is a must
5) Capability to Read drawings is a must knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
6) Capability of production and material planning to achieve customer delivery date.
7) Knowledge of excel is a must and must be able to generate consumption reports, machine utilization report.
8) Manpower management must be capable of handling 30-40 workers and in multiple shifts.
9) Should have knowledge of ERP and have worked under ERP culture.
10) Knowledge of spare management for the machines
12) Should be able to maintain Tool frequency
13) Knowledge of trouble shooting and maintenance of the machine and coordinating with the OEM for service and upkeep of the machine
