CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Nursing Services Provider to deliver essential nursing care services to patients in their homes or clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to perform a range of medical and personal care services including wound care, injections, catheter management, vital signs monitoring, and guidance in the use of medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, etc.

Key Responsibilities:1. Clinical Nursing Services

• Wound Dressing: Perform sterile and non-sterile wound care, dressing changes, and monitor healing progress.
• Injection Administration: Administer Intravenous (IV), Intramuscular (IM), and Subcutaneous (SC) injections as per physician orders.
• Catheterization: Insertion, care, and removal of urinary catheters with strict adherence to infection control protocols.

2. Vital Signs & Health Monitoring

• Blood Pressure (BP) Monitoring
• Blood Sugar Checks (RBS/FBS monitoring) using glucometers
• Temperature, Pulse, and Respiratory Rate Monitoring
• Documentation and reporting of abnormal readings to physicians or care coordinators.

3. Equipment Assistance & Patient Mobility

• Assist patients and families in the use and maintenance of medical equipment:
• Wheelchairs
• Walkers
• Hospital Beds
• Oxygen Concentrators and other home-use medical devices
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe and correct usage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License (GNM/ANM/B.Sc Nursing or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, hospital, or clinic setting
• Proficiency in wound care, injections, and catheterization
• Familiarity with common medical equipment used in home care
• Basic knowledge of infection control and emergency response
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,429.75 - ₹24,570.22 per month
