Job Description

Develop, validate, and maintain
PM master data
within CMMS/ERP systems (SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
Review, interpret and extract technical information engineering drawings/documents such as:
P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams)
Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
Instrument Loop Drawings
Instrumentation, Equipment, and Electrical Lists
Equipment IOM manuals, and datasheets.
Identify and define maintainable assets (tags) from these documents.
Develop a comprehensive Asset Register covering all identified maintainable equipment.
Establish logical equipment hierarchies (Parent-Child relationships) in line with KKS & ISO 14224 and best industry practices.
Assign correct equipment types and sub-types to all maintainable assets.
Create standardized and meaningful equipment descriptions ensuring consistency across asset data.
Identify and propose new tag numbers for any missing equipment in the drawings.
Extract and populate equipment technical specifications from Document, Manuals and Drawings.
Build and update
Bill of Materials (BOMs
) by mapping spare parts to equipment.
Develop and implement strategies for data improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaborate with Project Manager on data management projects.
Create and structure Equipment Masters and Functional Locations aligned with corporate coding standards (KKS, ISO 14224).
Build and update Bill of Materials (BOMs) by mapping spare parts to equipment.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of asset master data across systems.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to validate asset information.
